After many years of dedicated personal SHADOW WORK, it feels a natural progression for me to offer you my insight and expertise to assist you with your own shadow work journey. Because I have integrated much of my shadow I can see you more clearly, my lens clear rather than skewed by my own hidden traits and wounds.

I experienced deep emotional pain that propelled me to uncover answers to clichéd questions: Why am I here? What is my purpose? What’s the point? They all led to one paramount question, a question that I had not asked myself in 40 years: Who am I?

In 2018, I released my book “Lighten Up! For Humanity’s Sake.” This book is a passionate plea for each person to be accountable and take responsibility; to illuminate and integrate their shadow side, to navigate their soul’s evolution. I am focused on being of greatest service to humanity and on a collective level personal shadow transformation will impact our Collective Consciousness, humanity, to be united and cooperative.

Many readers of my book have asked for my help with understanding their personal shadow. We can be so ensconced in our own way of being that it is difficult to see the wood for the trees. Shadow hunting is my language; I hear the patterns and programming in each person’s narrative. I can hear how your shadow is calling you. I am not psychic, but years of training have led to an ability to hear each person’s song.

How Does Shadow Work Consulting Work?

Each consultation lasts about two hours. My approach is warm but assertive and direct. I will explain the shadow work concepts in a practical sense that will help you to create new pathways. After one session, perhaps two you will recognise:

• What tools to use
• What to look out for; the signals your body gives
• How to unpack what arises
• What strategies to engage.
